Pre-order is an order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available. For your convenience and peace of mind, we will ship on the 1st and 15th of each month, depending on orders received. You will be contacted when your order is ready to shipped and also will provide you with the tracking number. However, we do have Engraved Power Bank and Matte Sunglasses ready to ship!

Depending on the type of orders, not all delivery charges are the same. However, in the United States region, we are trying to keep true by giving you the flat rate shipping via USPS or UPS or FedEx. For international orders, please contact us. International purchases online will be soon available with the content updates. We are currently working on live shipping rates option to be added on checkout page.

We are currently accepting all credit cards using Paypal. The new payment gateway will be established once this website is updated with new contents. Please check back often!

Depending on the location where the order will be shipped, your order will arrive to you between five business days to two weeks.

Once we receive your order, we will have the The John Maucere Store team look up for your items in the warehouse and ship the products to you as soon as we stick the shipping label on your package! If you like, there is a tracking shipment feature available on this website for you to use. Check it out!

Once you are done with the order, you will receive your invoice via email. If you have problems getting an invoice, please contact us!
